Rooftop terrace — modelling and renders

Year: September 2025
Classification: Architectural Visualization
Status: Freelance work (Upwork)

Modelling and exterior renders of the rooftop terrace of the Avighna residential tower, produced as freelance work through Upwork for Mahesh Pandit. The series moves across the terrace — the glass-roofed infinity pool and its timber deck, the glazed gym, the lounge and outdoor kitchen, and the family dining area — framed by planting and long views over the city to the sea.
